Vestas and Europcar have signed a new attractive global agreement that includes good rates and conditions in most of the world (excl. USA/Canada). Europcar can deliver a car or van to you, whenever and wherever you need it. Rent from 1 day to 36 months.


Remember your contract number when booking
In order to make the settlements as smooth as possible, make sure to use the correct contract number and address for your company every time you make a reservation.

A Privilege ID is not mandatory for booking a car; however, it does give you several advantages. If you already have a Privilege ID, you can add it to your Concur profile. Kindly remember to always provide your Vestas.com email address when booking a car.

Every time you rent a car, you earn points that you can use the next time you travel – whether for business or for leisure.

Click join and enter your details and also the contract number for your local Vestas entity – see the list here. Always register using your Vestas mails address.

Check your rentals at europcar.com or at our new app
You can always check your rentals, add changes to your profile, etc. if you log-in at europcar.com or even more conveniently download our new app on your smartphone and have all info nearby at all times. Remember to log-in with your Privilege account.

If you log-in by our website, choose MY ACCOUNT and use your Vestas email address or ID-Number. Your password is your birth date. Here you can find all your historic and present reservations, and you can manage your profile.


If you already have a Privilege ID-number from another company
Please order a new card with your credit card details and new employment department at Vestas.


Remember to update your personal data
If you already have a card, but have changed address, mail address, etc., please login to your profile at europcar.com and make the changes yourself. Do you have any questions or problems in this matter, please contact your local Europcar office.
